Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting
- CPA and/or MBA a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in public accounting or industry finance
- Strong technical skills and U.S. GAAP knowledge
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial due diligence for transactions
- Work on accounting projects for business units/subsidiaries
- Assist with SEC and regulatory filings
- Research and document new accounting standards
- Lead process improvement projects
