Looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Assistant to join Sheriff's Office in Thermal and Palm Desert. Must have experience in financial accounts reconciliation and software applications.
Qualifications
- One year of experience as an Accounting Assistant II with the County of Riverside or an equivalent position
- Three years of experience in the review, reconciliation, and preparation of financial accounts
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports on the status of service accounts, contracts, grants
- Develop software applications to collect and manipulate accounting data
- Provide technical supervision to staff maintaining and compiling computer generated spreadsheets
