Description
Join our team at HUB International as an Accounts Payable Associate in our Hub Financial Center (HFC), where you'll be an essential part of our core processing team ensuring accuracy and timeliness in handling high-volume invoices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in service, accounting, banking, or finance field
- High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle the processing of high-volume invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents supporting transactions
- Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies and questions
- Complete assigned responsibilities and tasks within service level agreements
- Review and verify accuracy of supporting documentation
