Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting with recent private experience
- Familiarity with online banking platforms and ability to enter wire payments independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with an impeccable attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word and Excel
Responsibilities
- Manage the invoice payment process for all three of our Corporate locations
- Allocate expenses incurred by the Manager on behalf of its Funds in accordance with governing documents and U.S. GAAP
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations on 5 Corporate bank accounts
- Assist in the quarter-end close process including (preparing journal entries and accruals and ensure all journal entries are properly supported)
- Properly record and maintain Corporate fixed assets for all three of our Corporate locations
- Calculate the quarterly use tax payment due
- Gather documentation and support for external auditors for year-end audits
- Answer accounting and financial inquiries by researching and interpreting data
