Seeking an eager Accounts Receivable & Collections Clerk to join our team at Premier Association Management Of C.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounts receivable and/or collections
Responsibilities
- Post homeowner checks daily
- Prepare & issue estoppel letters daily
- Monitor & maintain collections procedures for each community association
- Act as a liaison between the association and the collections attorney/agency
- Provide customer service to owners with collections issues and billing inquiries by phone and through our software (Vantaca)
