Description
Help us keep our financial operations in check! Plastic Express is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage accounts receivable and collections.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Invoicing
- Intermediate accounting knowledge with a minimum associates degree in business from a US institution
- Excel proficiency including vlookup, sumif, and pivot tables
- Familiar with some financial system, e.g. MS Dynamics, Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft
- Data entry skills and ability to operate office machines
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong math skills
Responsibilities
- Enter and apply customer payments to individual customer accounts
- Import invoices into AR module of financial system
- Contact customers regarding past due account balances
- Maintain all accounts receivable files both physical and electronic
- Provide customer information to Plastic Express President, Vice-Presidents, and CFO
