Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of collection experience preferred
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Responsibilities
- Understands and applies the terms of clients contracts
- Notate and pursue successful resolution of defaults
- Contact business owners by phone and email to resolve delinquency issues
