Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA certification
- Minimum of five years experience in an Audit or Transaction Advisory practice within a national or regional public accounting or consulting firm
- Supervision / Team Leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Perform buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements
- Document key findings and analysis in written reports
- Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements
