Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to oversee accounting tasks at a fast-growing oil and gas supply company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Intermediate to Advanced level MS Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where required
Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing process
- Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Support audit processes
- Assist with Sales Tax Filings and Compliance
- Review/Audit company credit card activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
