Seeking a skilled Controller/Accounting Manager with insurance industry experience to join our team, manage insurance payables, vendor payables, cash receipts, direct bill posting, and month-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proven experience in insurance industry financial roles
- Strong proficiency with EPIC or similar insurance software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance payables and vendor payables
- Handle cash receipts and direct bill posting
- Maintain the general ledger and contribute to month-end close processes
Working Hours
Hybrid work arrangement, two days in the office per week
