Description
Lead the charge in client consolidation process by managing A/R operations, transitions, and assessments with precision and expertise.
Qualifications
- 7 - 10 years experience directing a multi-facility healthcare business office (CBO) or large facility Patient Financial Services Department or financial services call center
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
Responsibilities
- Align operations to meet core performance metrics and SLA?s for new clients
- Manage the process change as it relates to performance, staffing, and employee relations
- Ensure implementations of any new processes are in line with the client?s policies
Education
4-year college degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health Administration or equivalent experience
